Step 1 – Order Review & Artwork Check

Once your order is received, our team carefully reviews all order details, custom notes, trailer sign panel dimensions, and any artwork files uploaded. We verify measurements with you and artwork specifications to ensure your custom box trailer signage kit is produced accurately and ready for installation once you receive.

Step 2 – Design Preparation & Proofing

Our designers prepare your artwork for print, ensuring logos, text, colours, and graphics are correctly sized for each trailer panel. We ALWAYS ensure a proof is supplied for approval before production begins and will often give you a friendly quick call as well just to get that verbal confirmation and ensure things are all sailing smoothly.

Step 3 – Production Time!

Your trailer signs are printed using our high-quality premium Avery Dennison outdoor sign vinyl which then also receive a protective UV laminate treatment applied to protect your prints and give them the added longevity they deserve – all signs are supplied finished on a 3mm thick weather-resistant aluminium composite panel designed for rugged outdoor durability. Each panel is cut to match your dimensions provided, creating a professional and long-lasting finish for your trailer advertising.

Step 4 – Quality Check & Delivery

Before dispatch, every box trailer signage kit undergoes a final quality inspection to confirm print quality and a measurement check, along with overall presentation. Your completed trailer signs are then securely packaged and dispatched to you with the added protection of hardened plastic corner protectors on ALL panels, to ensure they make the journey safe to you – ready for easy installation on your trailer on the moment of arrival.
